About Kay

Licensed since 1993, Kay was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' while working for another brokerage. Kay has achieved the prestigeous RE/MAX HALL OF FAME award for production of $1Million Dollars in Commissions. Always a 100% Club Member, Kay works full-time to stay on top of the market. Both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business were from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, Kay taught at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. Realtor Certifications include the CRS (5% of agents in USA); ABR (buyers) as well as Brokerage Licensing in 2009. Kay was a member of Pi Beta Phi at OSU! Kay grew up as a farmers' daughter just outside Grandfield, Oklahoma. Work was fun on the Hunt family farming and cattle operation - plowing, hauling hay, and chopping cotton were 'real fun stuff'...and taught real life skills of managing time and money...tenacity, persistence, precision, and focus to name a few - all make Kay a better Realtor. Scott III, an accomplished writer of eight war novels by Random House of NYC back in the 80's, have completed several remodels, own and manage investment property. Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.


To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate associate has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
